Wed Jul 1606:49Aidan Miller Shows Elite Speed Upside in the First Half
Philadelphia Phillies infield prospect Aidan Miller swiped an impressive 34 bags throughout the first 69 games of the Double-A regular season. During this stretch, Miller posted a .234/.354/.379 slash line. He hit nine doubles, two triples, eight home runs, and held a 78:44 K:BB. However, he has begun to see his bat heat up, as evidenced by his .915 OPS, which includes two long balls and two doubles over his last 12 contests. Last season, the No. 21-ranked prospect in the sport on MLB.com spent most of his time playing between Low-A and High-A before earning a small look at Double-A over the final month. At Low-A and High-A, Miller held a .267/.375/.463 line with 28 doubles, 11 long balls, and 21 stolen bases in 97 games. If Miller can continue to find his swing, he should be in the mix to reach Triple-A later this season.

Sun Jul 610:21Aidan Miller Steals 31st Base on Saturday
Philadelphia Phillies shortstop prospect Aidan Miller went 2-for-4 with a walk, a triple, one RBI, one run scored, and a stolen base for Double-A Reading. Over his last six games, the Phils' second-ranked prospect is 8-for-21 (.381) including two doubles, a triple, a home run, a 5:8 BB:K, and he's stolen a base in five of the six contests. He's now hitting .243 with seven home runs and boasting a .358 OBP thanks to a strong 14.3 percent walk rate, while adding 31 stolen bases over 63 games for Reading. With continued success, the 21-year-old could see some time at Triple-A later this year, and has the tools to be a worthwhile watch in dynasty formats.

Thu Jun 2615:17Aidan Miller Draws Three Walks, Steals Two Bases on Wednesday
Philadelphia Phillies shortstop prospect Aidan Miller went hitless in five plate appearances for Double-A Reading on Wednesday, but drew three walks in the contest, collected an RBI on a sacrifice fly, and stole two bases. The Phils' top offensive prospect missed a week and a half with what was described as skin irritation, but has picked up where he left off, collecting hits and stolen bases in bunches. Over his last 15 games, seven have been two-hit performances while the other eight have been hitless efforts, and there have been four two-steal games in there as well. Although the batting average still sits at an uninspiring .239, the 2023 first-rounder has displayed an improved approach at the plate, walking 14 times compared to just 13 strikeouts during that stretch, good for a 20.3 percent walk rate and 18.8 percent strikeout rate. This is in contrast to the 11.9 percent walk rate and 28.4 percent strikeout rate he authored prior to this recent 15-game span. If he continues to show improvement, he could get a look at Triple-A before the season is out. With 60-grade power and the ability to steal bases (26 SB in 54 games so far in 2025), managers in dynasty formats should have a keen interest in Miller, and he could make a debut in the big leagues as soon as next season.

Sat May 1708:07Aidan Miller Extends Hitting Streak
Philadelphia Phillies infield prospect Aidan Miller went 2-for-2 with a double, a home run, and a stolen base during Friday's contest against Double-A New Hampshire. This performance extended Miller's hitting streak to four games. During this stretch, Miller has posted two multi-hit games and swiped four bags. Through 31 games at Double-A this season, Miller has held a modest .229/.331/.364 slash line with four doubles, four long balls, and 12 stolen bases. However, given his recent surge at the plate, the No. 2-ranked prospect in the system could be turning the corner at Double-A Reading. Last summer, Miller spent most of the campaign with Low-A and High-A. Given his slow start, fantasy managers should not expect Miller to contend for a first-half Triple-A promotion.

Fri Apr 2511:43Aidan Miller Showing Well At Double-A Of Late
Philadelphia Phillies infield prospect Aidan Miller has picked it up at the plate recently after beginning the Double-A season 3-for-29 (.103) over the first seven games. The Phils' top offensive prospect has gone 11-for-36 (.306) in the nine games since, with a pair of doubles, a home run, and two steals. Last season between Single and High-A, he slashed .265/.373/.460, including 28 doubles, six triples, 11 home runs, and 22 stolen bases in just 97 games, earning him a brief five-game cameo at Double-A Reading. He may not see the majors until 2026, but with his ability to be a multi-category producer, fantasy managers will want to keep an eye on the 20-year-old's progression.
